Ayesha Shaik stands as the UAE’s only multi-award-winning, licensed Phonics Teacher Influencer and is the Founder and Director of AES Edu Marketing Events Network FZE- UAE , as well as the Director of Ayesha Shaik Edtech Services Pvt Ltd- INDIA. Ayesha has collaborated with prestigious national and international brands, such as MRF Tyres, Abu Dhabi TV etc. Her organization, with a staff of over 55 members, excels in online tutoring, IT and software services, events, branding, marketing, and community building.
Under her leadership, AES operates multiple licensed communities designed to support parents, women, children, teachers, schools, entrepreneurs, and individuals with special needs. Notable communities include AES – We Happy Homemakers, AES Entrepreneur Zone, AES Inspiring Global Teachers, and the AES Community for All.
Ayesha rose to prominence during the COVID-19 pandemic when she offered free online Phonics classes to children across 101 countries for an entire year, having left her previous job to pursue her passion. Renowned for her innovative teaching style, she has trained over 4,000 teachers and parents and has taught more than 13,000 children to date.
Her transformative initiative, #AESteach1MillionStudents, is making a significant impact on underprivileged students in India and the UAE. This campaign has active collaborations in eight Indian states, and to date, it has completed five major projects—two in Karnataka, one in Andhra Pradesh, one in Tamil Nadu, and another currently ongoing in a slum area of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Key contributors to this project include Ms. Afrose Begam S. from Kaveri Nursery and Primary School, Tamil Nadu; Ms. Ayesha Fatima from Redwood Pre-Primary School, Karnataka; Ms. Shaik Bibizan from Andhra Pradesh; Ms. Shaikh Niloofher Abdul Majid from Faizul Mateen English School, Maharashtra; and Ms. Ganga Bhavani from Savi Nenapu Orphanage, Karnataka. Their dedication and passion for education have been pivotal in transforming lives and advancing the goals of #AESteach1MillionStudents.
Looking forward, AES aims to expand its reach across India, with plans to impact over 100 schools by 2026. The project will continue to focus on digital literacy and innovative teaching methods, ensuring that students in underserved areas gain essential skills for their futures. At the heart of this movement is Ayesha’s unwavering commitment to inclusive education, which continues to inspire educators and volunteers to broaden the project’s impact.
